Where Hope Rises and Her Power Begins.

Empowering Her to Rise, Reclaim, and Rebuild.

We stand with girls and women overcoming trauma, poverty, and injustice—equipping them with the tools, confidence, and community to step boldly into their next chapter.

The Dawn Foundation is committed to empowering women and girls—especially those who are underserved, rescued from sex trafficking, and in or aging out of the foster care system—by providing holistic support, resources, and opportunities. We address critical needs such as hygiene poverty while fostering personal and economic independence through entrepreneurship, skill development, and community-building initiatives. Our mission is to restore dignity, spark possibility, and elevate the potential of every woman and girl we serve.
